新加坡南洋理工大學(xué)岐捷教授課題組博后招聘——laser相關(guān)
王岐捷教授目前在新加坡南洋理工大學(xué)任教,就職于電子電器工程系和物理及應(yīng)用物理系。目前,他的課題組有幾個博士后,資深博士后名額開始招收,關(guān)于 High power solid-state and fiber lasers for high harmonic generation的國家項目。希望有high power ultrafast solid-state laser, high power ultrafast fiber laser, nonlinear optics, plasmon physics, 等方面研究 (理論或?qū)嶒? 的博士后,資深博士后申請他和他合作者的科研組。
具體職位的要求如下:
1. Position in high power ultrafast solid-state lasers
This project aims to develop infrared optical parametric chirp pulse amplification (OPCPA) solid-state laser source. The job scope includes the development of infrared high power femtosecond lasers, optical parametric amplifier design and experiments, chirped pulse amplification, and compression.
The candidates should have solid-state ultrafast laser and nonlinear optics background, good optics laboratory skills, and good communication skills in a collaborative environment.
Experimental experience in optical parametric amplifiers and chirped pulse amplification would be an advantage.
2. Position in high harmonic generation for XUV/X-ray source development
This project aims to use cutting-edge ultrashort-pulse high-power laser technology for high flux coherent extreme ultraviolet XUV/X-ray source development. Cutting edge equipments and state of the art facility including 7 fs ultrafast laser pulse, FIB, super-high power pump laser, super-resolution X-ray spectrometer are available.
Candidates need to have one or more of the following expertise in ultrafast (fs to as) laser system, high harmonic generation (HHG), electron-light interaction, high-field physics, Mid-Infrared or XUV optics, in experiments and/or theories.
Experience on vacuum system design, lightwave control, photonelectron-spectroscopy will be considered with high priority.
3. Position in high power ultrafast fiber laser and applications
This project aims to develop high energy high rep-rate laser sources for high harmonic generation (HHG) for extreme ultraviolet source. This includes the development of fiber-based high-power, high rep-rate laser sources with cavity enhancement.
The candidates should have familiarity with both experimental and theoretical aspects of high power and/or ultrafast laser sources, good optics laboratory skills, and good communication skills in a collaborative environment.
Experimental experience in XUV optics would be an advantage.
