催化專家顧問VIP工資匯報
工資的發(fā)放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
N1+N2+N3+N4+N5≥5（硬指標(biāo)）
1.在版內(nèi)舉辦有意義的活動如學(xué)術(shù)活動，疑難解答活動等的次數(shù)為N1；其中活動貼非灌水回復(fù)數(shù)超過10有效。
2.本月獲得所在版塊EPI專家指數(shù)個數(shù)為N2。
3.在版內(nèi)發(fā)表原創(chuàng)性經(jīng)驗、有意義的討論帖(這里不包括活動貼，活動貼只按照N1計算)或者發(fā)布優(yōu)秀資源貼數(shù)（不包含求助類話題）為N3。
4.在版內(nèi)發(fā)表轉(zhuǎn)載性的主題帖數(shù)（轉(zhuǎn)載學(xué)科前沿動態(tài)等內(nèi)容的）為N4。
5.在版內(nèi)正確有效解答蟲友問題、參與討論的回帖數(shù)為N5。
【VIP工資】=[0.01+(N1×0.01)+(N2×0.005)+(N3×0.005)+(N4×0.0005)+(N5×0.0005)
說明
1、考核工資發(fā)放前提：N1+N3+N4+N5≥5，低于5將不發(fā)放任何工資;
2、對于由多個專家共同舉辦的活動，2個專家舉辦的每個0.005VIP, 如果超過三個專家共同舉辦的每個給0.003VIP；
3、N5值的說明：通過查看【專家經(jīng)驗】來計算N5值。N5值只包括在版內(nèi)回復(fù)的帖子，同一個主題多次回復(fù)系統(tǒng)只算一次回帖數(shù)，簡單回帖或無意義回帖（如果回復(fù)只是“幫頂”之類的系統(tǒng)也不統(tǒng)計在內(nèi)）。按照時間段查看即可，例如從專家經(jīng)驗在4月從3~32，則N5=32-3+1=30
4、每月工資VIP上限0.1;
5、對于同一區(qū)兼職多個版塊的專家顧問，在相關(guān)版塊單獨算，但VIP累加上限0.1（但考慮精力有限，最多兼職不得超過2個版塊）。
