您好!我今天收到了編號為‘123’的審稿意見，先謝謝您，您辛苦了！可是我現(xiàn)在有個疑問，懇請您幫我看看，審稿人的意見是本論文在修改后建議發(fā)表，給的幾個意見大部分都是排版的問題，但您的意見是拒稿，我感到非常驚訝，請問您能否給一次修改的機會，謝謝主編！
