I would like to invite you to serve on the Program Committee
for 2017 IEEE International Conference on Information and Automation in 2017.

The committee will consist of experts like yourself, spanning all
interests within the IEEE ICIA community.  Members will review
papers, and help in other conference activities, such as by
encouraging submissions, circulating information, suggesting keynote
speakers, etc.  
請問，應該如何回復？如果同意了，會不會有很多事？
