氨基酸具有綠色、經(jīng)濟、高效等優(yōu)點,成為緩蝕劑研究的重要方向。本文采用電化學方法研究了丙氨酸、丙氨酸與碘化鉀復(fù)配對碳鋼在硫酸介質(zhì)中緩蝕性能的影響。實驗結(jié)果表明:在10%的硫酸體系中,丙氨酸對碳鋼的緩蝕性能隨著丙氨酸濃度增大而增強,單獨使用丙氨酸作為緩蝕劑,緩蝕效果不明顯。經(jīng)過丙氨酸與碘化鉀復(fù)配后,緩蝕效果顯著增強,當丙氨酸濃度為300mg/L,碘化鉀濃度為250mg/L時,緩蝕效率達到92.82%,說明二者具有很好的協(xié)同作用。通過對緩蝕劑的緩蝕作用和El-Awady動力學模型的研究,得出該緩蝕劑為混合型緩蝕劑,通過物理吸附和化學吸附,為多分子層吸附。

Amino acid has advantages such as green, economic, high efficiency, and it is becoming an important direction of corrosion inhibitor’s researchment. This paper used electrochemical method to study Alanine and Alanine compound with potassium iodide’s corrosion inhibition to carbon steel in sulfuric acid. The experiment result shows that: in the system of 10% sulfuric, Alanine’s corrosion inhibition to carbon steel is enhanced along with the increase of Alanine’s concentration, and use Alanine alone as corrosion inhibitor the corrosion inhibition effect is not evident. After compound Alanine with potassium iodide, corrosion inhibition effect is enhanced, and when Alanine’s concentration is 300mg/L, potassium iodide’s concentration is 250mg/L, the corrosion inhibition efficiency reached 92.82%, which illustrated this two have great synergistic effect. After research on corrosion inhibitor’s effect and El-Awady dynamical model, the conclusion has come out that this corrosion inhibitor is mixed corrosion inhibitor, through physical and chemical absorption, is multiple molecular layer absorption,
