一、實(shí)驗(yàn)室介紹

1. 金正京教授簡(jiǎn)介
金正京教授（Jong Kyong Kim, 韓國(guó)籍）于2006年獲得美國(guó)密歇根州立大學(xué)細(xì)胞與分子生
物學(xué)博士學(xué)位。完成New England Biolabs、賓夕法尼亞大學(xué)和美國(guó)國(guó)立衛(wèi)生研究院的博士
后研究工作后，她于2013年以中組部青年千人引進(jìn)人才身份全職加入中山眼科中心國(guó)家重
點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室。金教授在腫瘤細(xì)胞生物學(xué)和表觀遺傳學(xué)等方面的研究成果多次發(fā)表于Science、
Nucleic Acids Res、Cancer Cell等期刊。

二、應(yīng)聘條件：

博士后（1名）：
工作地點(diǎn)： 廣州市越秀區(qū)中山大學(xué)中山眼科中心
職位類(lèi)別：全職
1. 細(xì)胞生物學(xué)和分子生物學(xué)及癌癥生物學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)博士學(xué)位；
2. 英語(yǔ)閱讀及寫(xiě)作能力強(qiáng)，能熟練閱讀英文資料及文獻(xiàn)，能熟練流利使用英語(yǔ)交流；
3. 有志從事科研工作，團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)強(qiáng)，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，有合作精神，工作努力，思維活躍；善于溝通，遇到問(wèn)題能及時(shí)與導(dǎo)師有效地交流。
4. 具有扎實(shí)的細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)研究背景及相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)操作能力；熟悉動(dòng)物癌癥模型及具有豐富的動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
5. 有獨(dú)立思考能力，能獨(dú)立或僅在極少數(shù)指導(dǎo)下完成相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)。
Qualifications of the post-doctoral applicants
1. PhD in cell and molecular biology, cancer biology.
2. Good communication skills in English.
3. Solid cell and molecular biology technique; familiar with animal cancer models and sufficient experience with mouse work.
Responsibilities during the term of employment：
1. Produce a sufficient amount of the publication-quality data for the ongoing projects in the lab.
2. Should design the experiments on his or her own, and should be able to work with a minimal guidance.
3. Should be able to communicate with a supervisor efficiently about the problems and solutions.
4. Try to develop his or her own research projects by searching and understanding the published papers in the field of retinoblastoma and other eye tumors or diseases.

三、薪資待遇：

工資待遇從優(yōu)，稅前基本年薪24萬(wàn)左右，五險(xiǎn)一金齊全。在站期間主持國(guó)家級(jí)基金、考核優(yōu)秀均有獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。
對(duì)于近一年內(nèi)在US news、QS、TIMES等世界大學(xué)排行榜排名前100的國(guó)外高校獲得博士學(xué)位的優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生另提供津貼3萬(wàn)元/年，上述大學(xué)排行榜排名前150的大陸高校應(yīng)屆優(yōu)秀博士畢業(yè)生另提供津貼1.2萬(wàn)元/年。
