請幫忙看下我這個postdoc還有希望嗎？
土博一位，今年申請postdoc，其中美國一個lab。發(fā)郵件第二天后約面試，面試約半小時，沒要推薦信，對方說impressed with my English，will get back to me, send him questions if i want. 后面等了一段時間，快一個月吧，對方回我：Thank you for your continuous interest. We are interviewing people for the position in our group and will get back to you with the next steps if you are selected to move to the next stage in the competition. 請問這是婉拒嗎？大神們給點意見 謝謝大家
