self-passivated materials for photovoltaic devices

the project is about making ink for solution deposition of semiconductor materials, studying optoelectronic properties of semiconductors, semiconductor heterointerfaces, making photovoltaic devices and characterizing them.

the main requirements are enthusiasm and curiosity.

additional requirements are:

ph.d. in materials science, inorganic chemistry, or semiconductor physics.

b.sc. in materials or chemical engineering, or chemistry.

inner-group and inter-group collaborations are encouraged, therefore research of electrochemical and photoelectrochemical co2 reduction are certain topics open to exploring.

有問題可以下方留言，這邊小組的實驗設備比較齊全，此外還有原位電化學FT-IR、ALD沉積設備，以及各種氣體的等離子處理設備。具備全套的CO2RR還原測試和產物實時表征裝置。目前主要開展電化學和光電化學能源轉化，例如CO2RR等。
