一、合作導(dǎo)師簡介
呂志民 (zhimin lu), dean, institute of translational medicine of zhejiang university.
腫瘤代謝研究領(lǐng)域領(lǐng)軍科學(xué)家，美國科學(xué)促進(jìn)會(aaas)會士。 原為美國md安德森癌癥中心(美國排名第一)的杰出講席終身教授, 腫瘤代謝中心創(chuàng)始主任。2016年作為腫瘤理論研究唯一獲獎?wù)弑皇谟柙撝行哪甓瓤萍汲删酮劇?br /> 呂教授在世界一流雜志nature, cell, nature reviews molecular cell biology, cancer cell, cancer discovery, nature cell biology, molecular cell, pnas 等發(fā)表論文100多篇(cell, nature, science及子刊30多篇)。 擔(dān)任metabolism discovery創(chuàng)始主編,精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)雜志榮譽(yù)主編， cell research(if：15.4)編委, neuro-oncology(if：9.4)等十余個雜志編委；

二、申請條件：
applicants must have an excellent first-author publication history and must be highly motivated. a strong background, molecular biology, cell biology, and/or biochemistry is desired. experience with signal transduction, cell metabolism, stem cells, and transgenic mouse experiments would be a plus. a competitive salary with an excellent compensation and benefits package will be provided.

三、工作待遇：
1、薪酬及福利待遇按國家博士后相關(guān)規(guī)定和浙江大學(xué)有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行，并根據(jù)候選者條件定奪。年薪25萬元及以上。
2、為博士后提供良好的科研條件，鼓勵參加國內(nèi)外高水平學(xué)術(shù)會議，支持申報博士后科學(xué)基金以及其他國家與地方的科技項目和博士后資助項目。
3、可租住學(xué)校博士后公寓。
4、在站時間滿3年或一站期滿直接進(jìn)二站并滿1年的博士后人員，可以申報浙江大學(xué)的專業(yè)高級職務(wù)。
