一、論壇簡(jiǎn)介 / introduction
西安建筑科技大學(xué)坐落于十三朝古都西安，是陜西省重點(diǎn)建設(shè)的高水平大學(xué)，也是教育部、住建部和陜西省共建的大學(xué)。經(jīng)過并校60余年的不懈努力，現(xiàn)已發(fā)展成為一所以土木建筑、環(huán)境市政、材料冶金及其相關(guān)學(xué)科為特色，以工程技術(shù)學(xué)科為主體，文、理、經(jīng)、管、藝、法等學(xué)科協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的多科性大學(xué)。

三、申請(qǐng)條件 / application requirements
1、申請(qǐng)人具有博士學(xué)位，或?yàn)椴┦繎?yīng)屆畢業(yè)生，年齡40周歲及以下；

the applicant should have a doctoral degree, or be a doctoral graduate, aged 40 or below;

2、申請(qǐng)人具有2年以上科研或工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，在所從事領(lǐng)域已取得突出的學(xué)術(shù)業(yè)績(jī)，具有海外知名高校留學(xué)或聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先；

applicants should have more than 2 years of scientific research or working experience, have made outstanding academic achievements in their fields, and have the experience of studying abroad or joint training in well-known overseas universities is preferred;

3、申請(qǐng)人具有創(chuàng)新思維，具備成為青年拔尖人才的潛質(zhì)；

the applicant should have innovative thinking and have the potential to become a top young talent;

4、申請(qǐng)人具有良好的學(xué)術(shù)道德和職業(yè)道德。

applicants should have good academic and professional ethics.

四、報(bào)名方式 / application
1、申請(qǐng)人在西安建筑科技大學(xué)人事處網(wǎng)站首頁(yè)點(diǎn)擊陜西省第四屆“絲綢之路青年學(xué)者論壇”西安建筑科技大學(xué)分論壇通知，下載填寫《西安建筑科技大學(xué)第五屆“雁塔學(xué)者”論壇參會(huì)申請(qǐng)表（點(diǎn)擊下載）》；

the applicant can click "notice of  'yanta scholar' of xauat" on the homepage of the personnel department of xauat, download and fill in the application form;

2、將《西安建筑科技大學(xué)第五屆“雁塔學(xué)者”論壇參會(huì)申請(qǐng)表》連同申請(qǐng)人簡(jiǎn)歷作為附件一并發(fā)送至?xí)��?wù)組電子郵箱：zhaopin@xauat.edu.cn、xauat_zhaopin@163.com;郵件主題請(qǐng)以“雁塔學(xué)者論壇申請(qǐng)+姓名+專業(yè)+最高學(xué)位畢業(yè)院校+中國(guó)科學(xué)人才網(wǎng)”命名。

send the application form together with the applicant's resume as an attachment to the email address: zhaopin@xauat.edu.cn，xauat_zhaopin@163.com.please name the email subject as "yanta scholar forum application + name + major + highest degree graduate institution+sciencehr.net".

報(bào)名截止日期：2019年8月25日 / deadline for application: aug. 25, 2019.

五、日程安排 / schedule
1、9月4日全天：在西安天域凱萊大飯店辦理報(bào)到、入住、報(bào)銷手續(xù)；

sep. 4: registration, all day

2、9月5日上午：參加陜西省第四屆“絲綢之路青年學(xué)者論壇”主論壇；

sep. 5: morning: sris, main venue

3、9月5日下午：參加西安建筑科技大學(xué)“雁塔學(xué)者”論壇開幕式及主題會(huì)議；

sep. 5: afternoon: opening ceremony of yanta scholars forum & keynote session

4、9月6日全天：參加各學(xué)院分論壇，含各領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)活動(dòng)、參觀、座談等活動(dòng)；

sep. 6: academic exchanges and discussions, campus and venue tour and symposium.

5、9月7日-8日：離會(huì)。

sep. 7:  ending.

學(xué)院分論壇具體安排后期將持續(xù)更新。 the specific arrangement of forum will be updated continuously.

六、特別說明 / special instructions
本次論壇不收取費(fèi)用，我校將為受邀學(xué)者報(bào)銷國(guó)內(nèi)外往返交通旅費(fèi)，并統(tǒng)一安排免費(fèi)食宿以及機(jī)場(chǎng)、火車站接送服務(wù)。
there is no charge for forum this time. our school will reimburse the domestic and foreign travel expenses of the invited scholars, and arrange free accommodation and transportation services at the airport and railway station.

受邀學(xué)者需根據(jù)研究領(lǐng)域，提前準(zhǔn)備學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告。

invited scholars should prepare academic reports in advance according to their research fields.
