Lonza Guangzhou Nansha Ltd was established in April 2003, expanding Lonza’s global presence for chemical manufacturing and life science ingredients. You will take responsibilities of project management, execution, technical issue identification, resolution and on-time delivery of service & product as customer's demands.  You will also act as technical expert or leader in the cross-functional project team to make the project success.

Key responsibilities:
•        Plan, prepare and execute the assigned project within the timeline and budget.
•        Identify the potential technical and project issue, and design fully and perform the experimental plan to resolve the problem in an efficient way. Summarize the knowledge of process and project obtained during the project execution to update the team workshop.
•        Communicate and present the project progress and issue in verbal or written forms to leader or customer if needed. According to project requirement, to complete the research report and technical document in Chinese or English, and to guarantee the quality of report and document and on-time delivery.
•        Perform the lab maintenance as 5s requirement to keep the assigned lab area and equipment in good status.  
•        Coach the junior chemist and technician.
•        Comply with cGMP's requirement to perform the related operation.
•        Support production to prepare the related technical documents: use test, parameter list, batch record, process accessorial record, process flow diagram, training book, CR and process know how et al.
•        Support other function to investigate the abnormality of production and quality, set up and perform CAPA.

Key requirements:
•        Ph.D degree, majoring in Organic Chemistry or Pharmaceutical chemistry.
•        Project management experience is preferred.
•        Work experience in cross-functional team is preferred
•        Good English and Mandarin in both written and spoken

研究員負責項目具體工作的執(zhí)行、技術(shù)問題的識別與解決以及按照客戶要求按時交付服務和產(chǎn)品。

工作職責：
•        計劃，準備以及執(zhí)行分配的實驗任務，確保其在計劃的時間內(nèi)完成。
•        理解實驗任務的目的，識別任務實施中的操作難點，參與設計實驗方案、并執(zhí)行具體實驗計劃，及時、準確和詳實地收集需要的實驗數(shù)據(jù)。按照要求核對、記錄和存檔實驗記錄與結(jié)果；及時向領(lǐng)導報告發(fā)現(xiàn)的實驗問題， 并參與分析可能的原因，討論解決方案。
•        根據(jù)需要和具體要求，用英文或中文草擬研究報告和技術(shù)文件, 以及審閱報告。
•        按照部門5S的要求，做好實驗室責任區(qū)以及實驗設備的日常清潔與維護。
•        GMP職責
        依照GMP要求參與相關(guān)培訓。
        依照GMP要求進行相關(guān)操作。
•        完成上級分配的其他任務

任職條件：
•        碩士學歷，化學或相關(guān)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域；
•        具備機合成化學相關(guān)知識，熟悉有機反應的機理；
•        有制藥工藝開發(fā)和放大相關(guān)經(jīng)驗
•        良好的英語溝通和書寫能力
