job description
工作職責(zé)
1) collaborate with a deep learning expert in the development of deep learning approaches to understand the functions of genetic variants, especially their regulations on gene expressions.
與深度學(xué)習(xí)專家協(xié)作，開(kāi)發(fā)深度學(xué)習(xí)方法，以了解遺傳變體的功能，特別是其關(guān)于基因表達(dá)的規(guī)則

2) design computational workflows suitable for the deep learning objectives, utilizing public genetic and epigenetic datasets and potentially enhancing disease biology understanding.
通過(guò)利用公共遺傳和表觀遺傳學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)集，并加強(qiáng)對(duì)疾病生物學(xué)的理解來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)適用 于深度學(xué)習(xí)的計(jì)算工作流

Qualifications
職位要求
1) ph.d. degree in bioinformatics or computational biology.
具有生物信息學(xué)或計(jì)算生物學(xué)博士或同等學(xué)歷
2) deep understanding of gene regulation, including but not limited to enhancer-promoter interaction and epigenetic modifications.
深入了解基因規(guī)則，包括但不限于增強(qiáng)子-啟動(dòng)子相互作用和表觀遺傳修飾
3) at least 3-5 years of experience analyzing genetic and epigenetic data, including gwas, hi-c, rna-seq, chip-seq, dnase-seq/atac-seq, and dna methylation.
