job description
工作職責(zé)
1) collaborate with a deep learning expert in the development of deep learning approaches to understand the functions of genetic variants, especially their regulations on gene expressions.
與深度學(xué)習(xí)專家協(xié)作,開(kāi)發(fā)深度學(xué)習(xí)方法,以了解遺傳變體的功能,特別是其關(guān)于基因表達(dá)的規(guī)則
2) design computational workflows suitable for the deep learning objectives, utilizing public genetic and epigenetic datasets and potentially enhancing disease biology understanding.

Qualifications
職位要求
1) ph.d. degree in bioinformatics or computational biology.
具有生物信息學(xué)或計(jì)算生物學(xué)博士或同等學(xué)歷
2) deep understanding of gene regulation, including but not limited to enhancer-promoter interaction and epigenetic modifications.
深入了解基因規(guī)則,包括但不限于增強(qiáng)子-啟動(dòng)子相互作用和表觀遺傳修飾
3) at least 3-5 years of experience analyzing genetic and epigenetic data, including gwas, hi-c, rna-seq, chip-seq, dnase-seq/atac-seq, and dna methylation.
