不是都申請完了嗎
現(xiàn)在國外大學(xué)獎學(xué)金一般都要求給本國學(xué)生。你導(dǎo)師建議CSC說明他/她沒有經(jīng)費給你提供獎學(xué)金。所以建議你申請CSC, 這樣至少你的生活費就能解決掉了。另外那個大學(xué)可能與CSC有協(xié)議。
