我申請(qǐng)的是新南威爾士大學(xué)與csc的合作獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，上周拿到了獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金offer。按照導(dǎo)師要求去注冊(cè)，發(fā)現(xiàn)我的賬號(hào)被鎖了，問(wèn)了外方，對(duì)方回的郵件如下：
As your scholarship is only conditional, you will not be able to accept your offer at this stage.
You are required to provide CSC scholarship offer from CSC so that we can remove the block from your account and look into issuing a full offer.
我已經(jīng)在信息平臺(tái)收到了賀信，但看外方郵件的意思是那邊還沒(méi)有確定我拿到了csc，所以我后面應(yīng)該怎么做呢？是需要我向外方提供我獲得csc資助的證明嗎？具體需要提供哪些材料呢？
