Postdoctoral fellow positions are available in Department of Applied Physics at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Candidates are expected to have PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Sciences Engineering or other relevant disciplines. We are looking for candidates specializing in (1) fabrication and characterization of electron devices (field-effect transistors, photodetectors, sensors or resistive switching memories) based on nanoscale semiconductors; (2) artificial synaptic and neuro devices.
