審稿意見求助,請(qǐng)問carrier density distributions怎么畫?是電荷密度沿著z方向分布?

之前審稿讓the authors may want to add calculations using the marcus theory to intuitively give carrier hopping rates between two layers.
我解釋了目前短時(shí)間難以處理回復(fù)過去,審稿最后意見是“”I accept that Marcus theory calculations can be extensive and may be discussed in the future, while I still suggest the authors plot the carrier density distributions. The charge densities at CBM and VBM are useful enough without GW/BSE calculations.“”
我做的二維異質(zhì)結(jié),光水解,垂直堆積兩個(gè)材料,用HSE06算的,
請(qǐng)問這個(gè):“ carrier density distributions”是什么?是電荷密度沿著z方向分布還是其他什么? 我已經(jīng)畫出了VBM CBM的band decomposed charge density。

謝謝,正文已經(jīng)畫過這個(gè)如,一層得,一層失去。我查了下,是不是要畫:占據(jù)數(shù)/晶胞體積 隨能量關(guān)系,看費(fèi)米面附近CBM VBM的濃度,不然審稿后面提到CBM VBM的電荷密度干嘛呢
