access真的慢了很多，10天前催了一次，昨天又催了一次，編輯回復都是這個狀態(tài)，請問審稿人可以decline多長時間，如果一直不回復會不會換審稿人，有經(jīng)驗的小伙伴可以告知一下嗎？
at this time three reviewers agree to review the paper. till now i received two review comments and waiting for one more review comment, the editor is still waiting to receive reviews.
