Based on the two reviews provided below, I have determined, regrettably, that your manuscript is rejected and will not be considered further in EES. As you will see from the comments, Reviewer #1 was particularly negative about the work and recommended rejection. While reviewer #2 was somewhat more positive, the comments from Reviewer #1 must be given greater weight in light of the issues that they have raised, including the suggestion that additional experimentation may be needed.

I thank you for considering EES as a publication venue and hope that the reviewer's comments will prove helpful as you consider your manuscript for publication in another journal

其中一個(gè)審稿人提了二十多個(gè)問(wèn)題拒了，另一個(gè)審稿人沒(méi)說(shuō)說(shuō)明大問(wèn)題同意接收。
編輯已經(jīng)明確說(shuō)了將不作進(jìn)一步考慮，但老師讓我認(rèn)真回復(fù)意見(jiàn)以后繼續(xù)投這個(gè)期刊，說(shuō)好不容易另一個(gè)審稿人沒(méi)什么大意見(jiàn)，而且第一個(gè)審稿人只看了文章的一半內(nèi)容，另一半重要的內(nèi)容他沒(méi)提，這些內(nèi)容可以解釋他提出的很多問(wèn)題。
