小弟現(xiàn)在直博第三年，來跟大家分享自己的第一次投稿經(jīng)歷。

去年在做實(shí)驗(yàn)的時(shí)候發(fā)現(xiàn)一個(gè)現(xiàn)在很熱門的技術(shù)在一個(gè)方面有較大的缺陷，然后自己靈機(jī)一動(dòng)想了個(gè)預(yù)處理辦法來解決這個(gè)問題。然后就寫論文，一遍一遍改了三四個(gè)月，終于投出去了（mssp）。一審兩個(gè)月被拒，兩位審稿人意見非常同意：該問題已經(jīng)被解決，論文沒有提到這些方法，缺少創(chuàng)新性。雖然我知道這些方法解決問題的效果很差，但審稿人的意見也很真實(shí)。因?yàn)檎n題組本來不是研究測(cè)量技術(shù)的，所以這個(gè)方向的進(jìn)展我們沒有跟上。

于是按照審稿人意見改啊改改完后轉(zhuǎn)投optics and laser in engineering. 原因也很簡單，之前那些我沒提到的工作很多都是發(fā)表在這個(gè)期刊上的。但或許是因?yàn)橐咔殛P(guān)系，這個(gè)期刊那段時(shí)間只有兩個(gè)編輯上班，都是搞laser的，而很不幸我的工作是optics 相關(guān)。于是3天被拒：out of scope。

這之后我有點(diǎn)上頭了，覺得有點(diǎn)點(diǎn)背。于是跟回頭，跟MSSP主編發(fā)了郵件，介紹了工作內(nèi)容，價(jià)值，以及上次被拒后為什么這次值得重投的機(jī)會(huì)。很幸運(yùn)編輯回復(fù)我了，就簡單地說請(qǐng)我重投。這次審稿出奇的快，一個(gè)月時(shí)間四個(gè)審稿人意見都回來了，大體上兩個(gè)小修兩個(gè)大修，主編給的大修。審稿意見如下：

審稿人1：It is a simple but smart methodology that could be employed in xxxxxxxx. However, some major facts should be improved before considering for publication in MSSP.

審稿人2：Although the article is well written, it still follows similar approach used discussed by others. It is only recommended for publication after major revisions with added justification of the technique.

審稿人3：In the Reviewer's opinion, the topic of the paper is of interest to the scientific community. The overall quality of the paper is good (organization, language, notation) and it is scientifically sound. On the other hand, the method itself is really simple and could be improved by adopting a dedicated acquisition strategy, as explained in the following.

審稿人4：The authors go into great detail about how the algorithm is performed and provide compelling graphics to illustrate the approach.  The authors provide a very complete evaluation dataset, including xxxxxxxxxxxx, and show significant improvement both in terms of computational complexity as well as accuracy over more complex approaches to deal with the same issue.  The reviewer has not seen this approach before, and therefore deems it worthy of publication with some minor modifications.

到昨天終于把四十幾條comment回復(fù)完了重新投過去了。作為我的第一次投稿，雖然感覺這個(gè)過程收獲很大，但真的希望編輯大人這次就接受了吧，我現(xiàn)在看到自己提出來的方法的名字都有點(diǎn)想吐了。

順帶問一下各位前輩，審稿人這個(gè)意見的話是不是希望還挺大的，以及如果第一位審稿人這次還是不滿意但另外三位都同意發(fā)表的話，主編會(huì)怎么處理？
