今天被拒稿了，但是編輯的回信很迷惑，這是主編拒了，審稿人覺得可以重投的意思么？我該重新找一家還是修改了重投？

According to the comments below, several aspects must be improved in order to have the paper approved. In general the terms used does not fit with the terminology used in fluid power systems and it can be a consequence of the references used. No references from fluid power conferences and/or publications from the main fluid power institutes around the world are included.
