本人博士在讀二年級，一個星期前給荷蘭一位教授發(fā)了一封套磁郵件。教授今天回復(fù)說，疫情影響暫時無法接收訪問交流的學(xué)者。

“I am afraid that the policy of the law faculty at this moment is that, given the many uncertainties we still have, we do not accept any research visitors.”
"As the Netherlands is still in a partial lockdown, and everyone is still working at home, it is as of yet completely uncertain when we may return back to normal and when we could be receiving visitors at the University and within my institute.
I am sorry that I cannot provide better news for you, I guess that we will just have to wait for a moment."
