招生要求如下：

Start is in April
maximum 4 years from master diploma award. None previous work in Czech Republic in last 3 years.

knowledge and experience in the filed of CVD growth or vapor transport growth of 2D materials

Experience in 2D materials electronic device fabrication, heterostructure stacking and processing of 2D materials and their optical characterization.

3-year support from project above 2000 EUR/month, internship and exchange visit on other European universities in network of project.
PhD study is 4 year (last year only basic funding from government stipend about 500 EUR)
high motivation, excellent English in written and spoken form
