I am very sad to report that we just today received news from our University’s President that there will not be any CSC enrollments here during 2021. The reasons for this decision are not completely clear, but it seems that the negotiations between the DTU and the Chinese government have stalled, and until a new agreement is ready the enrollments will be suspended.
想請(qǐng)教一下往年申請(qǐng)CSC去DTU讀博的各位是怎么樣的一個(gè)申請(qǐng)方式（沒(méi)有查到任何關(guān)于CSC-DTU合作渠道的信息），為什么DTU還有CSC博士名額限制
