應該是說，現(xiàn)在有一些不滿足期刊要求的地方所以不能送審，如果你想要修改后重投的話是歡迎的，但是再次提交時請告訴我這個論文的現(xiàn)在的編號，可能是編輯為了方便對比你的修改吧
