Research Assistant or Postdoc at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University
Research project: Molecular characteristics and bioactive functions of natural polysaccharides associated with the gut microbiota  
Minimum Requirements:
- For the post of Postdoctoral Fellow: The appointee is expected to have a doctoral degree in food/nutritional sciences, medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutical science or related disciplines.
- For the post of Research Assistant (RA): The appointee is expected to have an honors degree or an equivalent qualification in project-related disciplines.
General Requirements:
- Research/work experience in functional foods, polysaccharides, probiotic and/or gut microbiota.
- Strong laboratory skills, especially in the use of analytical instruments and animal cell cultures.  
- Creative and motivated researcher with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Employment period: 6-12 months

香港理工大學(xué)項(xiàng)目研究助理/博士后
研究方向：生物活性多糖的分子特性和與腸道菌群相關(guān)的功能研究
基本要求：
-學(xué)歷： 研究助理具有碩士或以上學(xué)歷，博士后持有博士學(xué)位
- 專業(yè)背景：食品科學(xué)，天然產(chǎn)物藥物化學(xué)，藥學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)背景；有相關(guān)研究經(jīng)歷，特別是多糖免疫和抗炎活性以及腸道菌群方面
-熟悉生化實(shí)驗(yàn)室常用設(shè)施和操作；熟練使用相關(guān)分析測試儀器和動物細(xì)胞體外模型。
-具有較強(qiáng)的溝通和解決實(shí)際問題的能力。
雇傭條件及期間：
- 博士后22,000港元/月起；RA 19,000港元/月起。
- 聘用期：6-12個(gè)月合同，完成后根據(jù)表現(xiàn)和需要延長。
