ULOQ準確度僅90%，多稀釋幾倍進樣就能達到100%？
各位老師好,我想請教一個問題：LCMS分析時進樣量5微升ULOQ準確度僅90%，其他濃度點準確度達100%左右，線性我設(shè)置了LLOQ、中間有六個濃度，然后ULOQ共8個濃度點。當我進樣量改為1微升時候ULOQ準確度也變成100%左右恢復(fù)正常。原先是200微升溶液加入到400微升水中配置成的上樣樣品。進樣量仍然為5微升，把50微升溶液加到950微升水中，相當于多稀釋了幾倍上樣濃度。ULOQ準確度就為100%左右了就正常了。這是什么原因呢？查看色譜峰型也都正常。

2) the reason for ULOQ is less than other standard's accuracy is due to the saturation, so the curve is a little bend，
when you dilute it or less volume injection, the detector satuation problem is gone.
