we have 1-2 phd positions opening for outstanding candidates for 3.5 years. the ideal candidate will be based in the australian artificial intelligence institute (aaii) under school of computer science to conduct her/his research in one of the following topics:

(1) machine-learning-based software analysis, or
(2) fundamental static program analysis to improve software quality and reliability,

the candidate is expected to have
1) gpa >=80/100 in computer science or related major from a 211 and/or 985 university
2) ielts 6.5 with writing >=6,
3) good programming skills e.g., c/c++, and
4) understanding of our open-source project https://github.com/svf-tools/svf is a plus.
