大家好，想請問下投稿雜志因為相似性高而拒稿后，我能不能發(fā)郵件詢問具體的查重報告啊，比如每個匹配來源的重復率？因為感覺自引可能占很大一部分..

具體情況為，本人近日投稿IEEE旗下JBHI雜志，但是因為查重重復率過高，EIC回信如下：
Thank you for submitting your manuscript xxx for possible publication in the IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics (J-BHI). Although your manuscript is of interest and technical merit, I regret to inform you that we will not be able to consider your manuscript in its present form for J-BHI.

In order to deal with the large number of submissions to J-BHI in a timely manner, all the manuscripts we receive are initially screened by the Editor-in-Chief and/or Associate Editors. Given the fact that J-BHI can publish only a small fraction of the manuscripts received each year, we decide carefully through an early stage of the reviewing process which papers are likely to be suitable for publishing in J-BHI after comprehensive peer-review.
