深圳灣實(shí)驗(yàn)室簡介
深圳灣實(shí)驗(yàn)室是廣東省委、省政府以培育創(chuàng)建國家實(shí)驗(yàn)室、打造國家實(shí)驗(yàn)室“預(yù)備隊(duì)”為目標(biāo)主導(dǎo)啟動(dòng)，由深圳市科創(chuàng)委和北京大學(xué)深圳研究生院共同舉辦，協(xié)同南方科技大學(xué)、香港中文大學(xué)（深圳）、清華大學(xué)深圳研究生院、哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)（深圳）、深圳大學(xué)、中科院深圳先進(jìn)技術(shù)研究院、華大生命科學(xué)研究院、深圳數(shù)字生命研究院以及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的優(yōu)勢單位合作共建的生物醫(yī)學(xué)前沿研究機(jī)構(gòu)。深圳灣實(shí)驗(yàn)室將整合北京大學(xué)以及粵港澳大灣區(qū)生命健康科學(xué)研究的優(yōu)勢資源，以全方位、全周期生命健康保障為主線，以腫瘤、代謝、心血管、神經(jīng)退行性疾病等重大疾病的預(yù)防和干預(yù)為重點(diǎn)，開展生命信息、創(chuàng)新藥物、醫(yī)學(xué)工程等方向研究。其中百瑞創(chuàng)新中心是深圳灣實(shí)驗(yàn)室直屬研究機(jī)構(gòu)。

百瑞創(chuàng)新中心是深圳灣實(shí)驗(yàn)室下屬的制藥技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中心，與全球頂級(jí)知名企業(yè)和高校開展深度合作，依托粵港澳大灣區(qū)的國家戰(zhàn)略布局，深入思考大灣區(qū)的地區(qū)優(yōu)勢，整合全深圳乃至粵港澳大灣區(qū)的各領(lǐng)域資源和專家，針對深圳市科技轉(zhuǎn)化和布局生物技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的需求，契合深圳灣實(shí)驗(yàn)室全面開展生命信息與生物醫(yī)藥前沿研究的任務(wù)，以發(fā)展下一代制藥技術(shù)為核心理念，推動(dòng)BT+IT(Biotechnology + Information technology) 的創(chuàng)新技術(shù)發(fā)展，匯聚產(chǎn)業(yè)專家、科學(xué)家和投資人解決生物技術(shù)和制藥技術(shù)瓶頸，聚集全球頂級(jí)的科研+技術(shù)+產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)化人才推動(dòng)技術(shù)應(yīng)用，并積極推動(dòng)創(chuàng)新成果在深圳落地。
Director, Drug product development:（1名）
Responsibilities
1.Report to the CEO and serve as a member of BayRay management team.
2.Develop and execute a strategy that combines internal and external resources to develop novel drug delivery programs and support all formulation needs for BayRay programs.
3.Recruit and lead a team of talented scientists to deliver the strategic goal of the Drug Delivery and Formulation function.
4.Establish and implement an overall framework with optimal processes and best practices that support BayRay’s immediate and long-term goals to be an innovation leader in drug discovery.
5.Provide scientific leadership and technical expertise in drug delivery technologies and materials, formulation and devices
6.Contribute to cross-functional team efforts in proposing, evaluating, and implementing new discovery programs based on novel biology ideas or breakthrough technologies (e.g. tissue targeted delivery) in areas of unmet medical needs.
7.Interpret, summarize, and present research findings to key stakeholders (e.g. external partners, SZBL leadership, and investors) and scientific meetings.
8.Develop budget and staff projects for Drug Delivery and Formulation to support the continuing growth of BayRay.
Qualifications
1.PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, material sciences, chemistry or related fields
2.12+ years of hands-on experience and leadership roles in drug delivery, formulation and product development with demonstrated successes in a pharma or biotech setting.
3.Deep understanding of industry practice and regulatory environments in pharmaceutical product development.
4.Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills.
5.Demonstrated creativity and novel approaches to solving scientific problems in a fast-paced environment characterized by rigorous science and innovative thinking.
6.Successful track record in managing team or projects in industry or academic labs.
7.Extensive experience in engaging and managing external collaborations (academic, biotech/pharma or CRO).
