深圳灣實驗室簡介
深圳灣實驗室是廣東省委、省政府以培育創(chuàng)建國家實驗室、打造國家實驗室“預備隊”為目標主導啟動，由深圳市科創(chuàng)委和北京大學深圳研究生院共同舉辦，協(xié)同南方科技大學、香港中文大學（深圳）、清華大學深圳研究生院、哈爾濱工業(yè)大學（深圳）、深圳大學、中科院深圳先進技術研究院、華大生命科學研究院、深圳數(shù)字生命研究院以及相關領域的優(yōu)勢單位合作共建的生物醫(yī)學前沿研究機構。深圳灣實驗室將整合北京大學以及粵港澳大灣區(qū)生命健康科學研究的優(yōu)勢資源，以全方位、全周期生命健康保障為主線，以腫瘤、代謝、心血管、神經(jīng)退行性疾病等重大疾病的預防和干預為重點，開展生命信息、創(chuàng)新藥物、醫(yī)學工程等方向研究。其中百瑞創(chuàng)新中心是深圳灣實驗室直屬研究機構。
百瑞創(chuàng)新中心簡介
百瑞創(chuàng)新中心是深圳灣實驗室下屬的制藥技術創(chuàng)新中心，與全球頂級知名企業(yè)和高校開展深度合作，依托粵港澳大灣區(qū)的國家戰(zhàn)略布局，深入思考大灣區(qū)的地區(qū)優(yōu)勢，整合全深圳乃至粵港澳大灣區(qū)的各領域資源和專家，針對深圳市科技轉化和布局生物技術產業(yè)的需求，契合深圳灣實驗室全面開展生命信息與生物醫(yī)藥前沿研究的任務，以發(fā)展下一代制藥技術為核心理念，推動BT+IT(Biotechnology + Information technology) 的創(chuàng)新技術發(fā)展，匯聚產業(yè)專家、科學家和投資人解決生物技術和制藥技術瓶頸，聚集全球頂級的科研+技術+產業(yè)轉化人才推動技術應用，并積極推動創(chuàng)新成果在深圳落地。

Group Leaders :
Responsibilities:
1.Report to the Director of Discovery biology
2.Lead a small team of PhD/MS/BS scientists to build core capabilities in the Discovery Biology function, ranging from cell biology/bioassay, to in vivo pharmacology.
3.Lead efforts in the design, development, and execution of in vitro and in vivo assays to enable all BayRay programs from early discovery to IND filing in a fast-paced manner.
4.Provide biology and disease area expertise to support BayRay becoming a leading technology innovation and drug discovery organization.
5.Participate cross-functional team efforts in proposing, evaluating, and implementing new discovery programs based on novel biology ideas in areas of unmet medical needs.
6.Interpret, summarize, and present research findings to project teams and BayRay management.
7.Manage external collaborations to enhance capabilities and capacities of the Discovery Biology function.
Qualifications:
1.PhD in life or medical sciences; post-doc experience preferred.
2.6+ years of drug discovery and development experiences with demonstrated success.
3.Strong expertise and hands-on experiences in some of the following aspects: functional cell-based signaling assays in recombinant and primary cells, high throughput assay development and screening (CRSPR, small molecule and antibody libraries), high content imaging and flow cytometry, automated liquid handling and related data analysis, MOA study, and in vitro/in vivo pharmacology.
4.Understanding of preclinical PK/PD/efficacy relationships as well as preclinical and clinical biomarker discovery and development.
5.Ability to critically analyze and interpret data, timely document and communicate results with project teams and provide expert opinions for future actions
6.Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills.
7.Successful track record in managing research teams.
8.Experience in engaging and managing external collaborations (academic, biotech/pharma or CRO).
