投稿三周了，狀態(tài)從editor invited變成editor assigned又變成editor invited，我去問了雜志，雜志回復這樣一句話，該如何理解？我這篇文章一定會送審嗎？網(wǎng)站上說所有稿件基本在35天內(nèi)給第一個答復，我應(yīng)該再過多久去催稿？

At present, we are seeking an Editor to handle the peer review process for this manuscript. As soon as an Editor has agreed to oversee the manuscript, s/he will start inviting peer reviewers.
