基本職責:
1. 學習通過電話、計算機(電子郵件和互聯(lián)網(wǎng))為客戶和經(jīng)銷商提供與本集團相關(guān)的Promega產(chǎn)品和相關(guān)應用的技術(shù)支持。
2. 根據(jù)公司和部門的指導方針,跟蹤、記錄和記錄來自于Promega聯(lián)系管理系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)咨詢的相關(guān)信息。
3. 按要求對客戶電話進行跟蹤。
4. 與美國Promega公司的技術(shù)服務部進行合作、溝通和聯(lián)絡,以解決必要的技術(shù)問題。
5. 學會作為客戶和Promega各部門之間的聯(lián)絡人,包括Promega USA的技術(shù)服務部,以完善現(xiàn)有的產(chǎn)品,并尋求新產(chǎn)品和程序的建議。
6. 在新產(chǎn)品上市時接受新產(chǎn)品及相關(guān)應用的培訓和技術(shù)支持。
7. 學會管理時間,完成分配的項目工作,但不是在電話時間內(nèi)完成(項目工作包括上述2- 6項基本職責,以及偶爾的工作項目,包括但不限于客戶跟蹤電話,翻譯/校對技術(shù)文獻,發(fā)展對Promega產(chǎn)品,資源和流程的了解,等等)。
8. 發(fā)展客戶服務和信息管理技能。
臨時職責:
1. 翻譯、校對和編輯技術(shù)和市場支持文獻,包括但不限于技術(shù)公告/手冊、分析證書和Promega 注釋文章。
2. 學會協(xié)助開發(fā)、展示和觀看技術(shù)培訓、講座和研討會,向北京Promega員工、經(jīng)銷商、客戶和其他技術(shù)服務科學家進行培訓。
3. 根據(jù)需要拜訪客戶,幫助解決故障。
必要資格:
1. 博士學位,分子生物學,細胞生物學,蛋白質(zhì)生物化學或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域。
2. 4年以上實驗室工作經(jīng)驗,了解分子生物學、細胞生物學和/或蛋白質(zhì)生物化學的核心應用。
3. 能夠以清晰簡潔的方式討論實驗設計、技術(shù)和結(jié)果的基本原理、原理和技術(shù)理論。
4. 優(yōu)秀的中英文口頭和書面溝通能力。
5. 具有良好的客戶服務技能,并樂于為客戶提供支持。
6. 具備技術(shù)能力,能夠及時掌握技術(shù)知識,解決客戶提出的技術(shù)問題,并以樂于助人、禮貌、積極、專業(yè)的態(tài)度向客戶反饋信息。
7. 能夠在適當?shù)谋O(jiān)督下獨立工作,有團隊合作的能力。

身體要求:
1. 連續(xù)使用電腦,使用鍵盤和鼠標,以及能夠在打電話的同時使用電腦。
2. 能夠經(jīng)常準確地與客戶進行電話溝通。
3. 旅行的能力。
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1. Learn and provide technical support on Promega products and related applications associated with this group via telephone, computer (e-mail and internet) to customers and distributors.
2. Track, record and document relevant information from technical inquiries on Promega\'s contact management systems as defined by corporate and department guidelines.
3. Perform follow-up on customer calls as required.
4. Collaborate, communicate and liaise with Technical Services Department at Promega USA to resolve technical issues as needed.
5. Learn to act as a liaison between the customer and various departments at Promega, including Technical Services Department at Promega USA to refine existing products and pursue suggestions for new products and procedures.
6. Receive training and provide technical support on new products and related applications as new products are launched.
7. Learn to manage time to accomplish assigned project work not completed during phone time (project work includes essential duties #2-#6 above as well as items under occasional duties including, but not limited to customer follow-up calls, translating/proofing technical literature, develop understanding of Promega products, resources and processes, etc.).
8. Develop customer service and information management skills.
OCCASIONAL DUTIES:
1. Translate, proof and edit technical and marketing support literature including, but not limited to, Technical Bulletins/Manuals, Certificates of Analysis and Promega Notes articles.
2. Learn to assist with the development and presentation of and observe technical training, lectures and seminar programs to Promega Beijing staff, distributors, customers and other Technical Service Scientists.
3. Visit customers to help troubleshooting as needed.
MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:
1. PhD degree in molecular biology, cell biology, protein biochemistry or related area.
2. Minimum 4 years lab experience and proven knowledge and understanding of core applications of molecular biology, cell biology and/or protein biochemistry.
3. Ability to discuss fundamentals, principles and technical theory of experimental design, techniques and results in a clear and concise manner.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
5. Customer service skills with a dedication to customer support.
6. Technical competency with the ability to stay current in technical knowledge to troubleshoot technical questions from customers and provide information back to the customer in a helpful, courteous, positive and professional manner.
7. Ability to work independently with moderate supervision as well as proven team participation skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Highly self-motivated; an independent worker.
2. Broad technical base; able to communicate effectively about a wide variety of technologies.
3. Previous skills in oral presentations, teaching, training and technical writing/editing.
4. Resource awareness - know where to go to find answers.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Continuous use of the computer, using the keyboard and mouse, as well as the ability to use the computer simultaneously while on the telephone.
2. Ability to frequently and accurately communicate with customers via the telephone.
3. Ability to travel.
