      這期刊夠折磨人的呀，2020年9月投稿，一直至2021年4月，還是with editor，前半個(gè)月發(fā)了催稿信，一直沒(méi)有回應(yīng)，前兩天收到郵件，說(shuō)他們換系統(tǒng)了，要重新上傳才可。我早就想撤稿了，一直不知道如何操作。
     想問(wèn)蟲友，是否我不重投，就相當(dāng)于自動(dòng)放棄投稿呢？
