國(guó)內(nèi)導(dǎo)師幫套的磁，雙非。對(duì)方英國(guó)導(dǎo)師也算個(gè)大牛吧。說(shuō)能否讓我找個(gè)funding先來(lái)當(dāng)一年的visiting student，一起工作然后轉(zhuǎn)成phd當(dāng)資金可用的時(shí)候。以下是主要的兩封郵件回復(fù)
第一封：
Thanks, this is excellent. Could you send me your CV for reference?
      I do not have funding at the minute but this may change.
      Do you think it would be possible for you to find funding to come as a visiting student for a year so we could start working together and then transition to a PhD as funding becomes available?
       This should not introduce a delay for your graduation as in XXX the main criteria for graduation is journal papers as first author so we could work on those while being a visiting student and then use them for your PhD with us once registered.
第二封：

We are writing several grants (a major grant went in last Thursday) and I hope tht during this year additional funding for studentships will be available. I cannot promise other thann, like you, I will do my very best to help you find a scholarship.

我今年28了，家里不富裕，我確實(shí)能搞定這visiting一年的費(fèi)用，但如果phd沒(méi)成，回來(lái)就又損失了一年，現(xiàn)在國(guó)企單位和本地都有人才政策，薪資一般在年16左右。
很難抉擇，現(xiàn)在就業(yè)能安穩(wěn)一輩子，但感覺(jué)會(huì)碌碌無(wú)為，我很想出去試一試，又擔(dān)心錯(cuò)失這個(gè)安穩(wěn)。請(qǐng)各位哥姐給建議談?wù)効捶�，小弟謝過(guò)。
