Professor Dr. Alian Wang (https://eps.wustl.edu/people/alian-wang) is leading the Planetary Spectroscopy Team at the Dept. Earth and Planetary Science and the McDonnell Center for Space Sciences of Washington University in St. Louis.

This NASA funded team was/is part of NASA and ESA missions to Mars, and is developing concepts and sensors to the missions to the Moon, Venus, and Europa. We are looking for a postdoc level research associate in the field of physics, photonics, or relevant laser-tech field, to work with the team for a newly selected NASA project for lunar explorations. This position will be available starting June 01, 2021, with a duration of 24 months at least.
