二審回來(lái)，兩個(gè)同意，一個(gè)拒絕
一審只有兩個(gè)審稿人的意見(jiàn)，認(rèn)真回復(fù)后都同意接收了，二審回來(lái)又多了個(gè)審稿人意見(jiàn)，意思是我的稿件配不上這本期刊，建議投其他期刊！編輯讓修改，但這次沒(méi)有具體問(wèn)題去針對(duì)性的改，不知道咋改啊�。ㄍ兜氖峭聊绢I(lǐng)域很有影響力的ASCE Journal of structural engineering, 雖然分區(qū)影響因子一般，但土木領(lǐng)域認(rèn)可度很高）

Dear Authors,
One reviewer still feels there is not new material being presented. In your response/revision, please explain exactly what is novel/new about the material. When doing so, keep in mind that the paper may still be declined if this is not felt to be a compelling enough argument.

Reviewer #1: The authors have addressed the questions and comments from the reviewer. I recommend the paper for publication.
Reviewer #2: It does not have new results needed for publication in JSE. The paper is much better suited for a journal on engineering application. Therefore, I must reject your paper for publication in JSE.
Reviewer #4: All comments the reviewer cared has been clarified in revised version, I recommend it to be accepted and published in this journal.

可能是理論創(chuàng)新不足，偏向于應(yīng)用
顯然是第一輪審稿人同意了，但編輯沒(méi)看上這篇文章！所以，盡量去說(shuō)服編輯吧
投稿到現(xiàn)在都八個(gè)月了！八個(gè)月豈不白費(fèi)。。。。
