IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics 在哪里提交補充材料
第一次提交TIE，準(zhǔn)備了實驗相關(guān)的補充視頻，
但是投稿系統(tǒng)里File Upload寫著
In the case of initial submission please do not upload any other files but your manuscript in the IEEE double column format with all information about authors. New manuscripts cannot exceed 8 pages (3 for letters). Only a very limited overlength (1/2 page at most) is tolerated.
在Details & Comments又有
Does your manuscript contain supplementary materials such as multimedia, extended objects, or any other item intended for publication but not included in the main body of the paper? Supplementary materials must go through review and may not be added after acceptance.
請問各位大神補充材料是在哪里提交呀？

請問補充材料要在什么時候提交呀？
In the case of the final submission please upload only one zip file with all required documents. To do this please use the second row in the table and as designation please select "other".
