求助！LC-ESI-MS自上而下法定量蛋白，不經(jīng)過酶解是如何打出高價(jià)離子的？
我實(shí)驗(yàn)室的質(zhì)譜儀是AB SCIEX 5500QTRAP，嘗試過用純蛋白，按文獻(xiàn)中前處理的步驟和溶液比例進(jìn)行檢測(cè)，未果。文獻(xiàn)中的質(zhì)譜儀是Waters XEVO TQ-S triple quadrupole
請(qǐng)問各位大佬，是不是因?yàn)閮x器是硬傷，還是因?yàn)槠渌恍﹨?shù)呢？如何打出文獻(xiàn)圖中的高價(jià)母離子呢，對(duì)應(yīng)的子離子是可以預(yù)測(cè)的嗎？
