小弟今年年初投了一篇IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Syatems for Video Technology。一審的意見是Reject and invite to resubmit。總共三位審稿人，其中一位審稿人的意見主要是寫作問題，另外兩位審稿人要求補(bǔ)充實(shí)驗(yàn)。經(jīng)過一個(gè)多月緊鑼密鼓地做實(shí)驗(yàn)，我重新提交了論文。但是，前幾天，我無意間重新查看了一下之前的拒稿郵件。發(fā)現(xiàn)，其中有個(gè)問題我忽略了問題如下
Therefore, before your new submission, you have to answer two questions clearly in your revised manuscript and responses: a) what are the?3-5?papers published in the IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology, which are most closely related to your manuscript; b) what is distinctive / new about your current manuscript related to these previously published papers.
現(xiàn)在感覺天都塌了，非常懊悔自己的粗心。論文現(xiàn)在處于awaiting recommendation的狀態(tài)，我想問問，我可以直接給主編發(fā)郵件表達(dá)自己的歉意，希望主編不要因?yàn)檫@個(gè)拒稿嗎？唉，人生第一次投稿，就這么要涼了
