待遇如下：
the pdf should be jointly selected by both supervisors. the normal duration of the pdf appointment is 3 years, with half of the duration
(i.e. 18 months) spent in polyu and half of the duration (i.e. 18 months) spent in the non-local institution concerned.
a.  salary of hk$29,000 per month for a period at polyu;
b.  mpf of hk$1,450 per month (i.e. total hk$26,100); （離港時(shí)可以取走）
c.  conference attendance (a maximum of hk$15,000);  （課題組可以額外補(bǔ)助）
d.  one-off support for travelling between polyu and the non-local institution (a maximum of hk$15,000).

申請(qǐng)要求：
a. 已經(jīng)博士畢業(yè)或申請(qǐng)截止后6個(gè)月以內(nèi)能夠畢業(yè)
b. 以第一作者發(fā)表高水平論文5篇及以上
c.對(duì)科研有一定熱情

kisuk kang教授為首爾國(guó)立大學(xué)（qs ranking: 21)教授，工學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)，science編委成員，j. mater. chem. a副主編，joule, advanced energy materials, acs applied energy materials, chemelectrochem,  batteries and supercapacitors等領(lǐng)域內(nèi)國(guó)際頂級(jí)期刊編委， 課題組在nature, science, nature energy, nature materials, nature nanotechnology, nature communications等發(fā)表論文多篇，他引34000余次，H因子94。
