求助各位大牛，關(guān)于Advanced Science版面費(fèi)稅費(fèi)的問題
今天收到郵件里說“If your manuscript is accepted for publication in Advanced Science, you will be asked to pay the following:Article Publication Charge: 5000 USD** Upon invoicing, tax will be added where applicable. If you are a tax-exempt individual or institution, you will be asked to provide your relevant tax information at that time. Please see https://www.wileyopenaccess.com/ ... d2979e/Authors.html for more information on publication charges and applicable taxes. You may provide an alternative billing address at the time of payment if an institution or another individual is paying the publication charge for your manuscript.”
這個(gè)稅費(fèi)是怎么回事，是國內(nèi)這里收還是國外收，稅率怎么查
