Cell出版社將推出地學(xué)/環(huán)境類子刊：Environmental Science and Sustainability 已有3人參與

繼Chem，Joule之后，Cell豐富其子刊系統(tǒng)，向生命科學(xué)以外擴(kuò)展的又一重要舉措。 這個(gè)子刊暫時(shí)還沒有在Cell網(wǎng)站上列出，但是已經(jīng)在Nature jobs上打廣告，招聘主編。https://www.nature.com/naturejob ... -and-sustainability 這個(gè)新子刊也將能為Cell旗下的綜合學(xué)科開源新雜志：iScience（預(yù)計(jì)將成為Nat. Commun./Sci. Adv.的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者）帶來地學(xué)和環(huán)境領(lǐng)域的稿源。 當(dāng)然，Cell至少還應(yīng)該推出物理和材料方向的子刊，其學(xué)科體系才算勉強(qiáng)完善。iScience也才能得到各個(gè)學(xué)科的充足稿源。 廣告中對(duì)新子刊的描述： This journal aims to publish the most exciting and significant advances in all areas of environmental sustainability research, including environmental science, earth science, climate trends, conservation, socioeconomic impact and sustainability. Its strong contribution to the field will complement new premium chemistry journal from Cell Press, Chem, its sister journal, Joule, covering energy research, and the broader Elsevier environmental science portfolio. The journal will have a variety of formats to encourage fast and effective communication of new research findings. In addition, it will highlight important new advances and promote timely discussion of relevant topics through commissioned articles such as previews, perspectives, and reviews. |
