| 通過對八位有過志愿服務(wù)經(jīng)歷的大學(xué)生的深度訪談發(fā)現(xiàn),大學(xué)生從志愿意向形成到參與志愿服務(wù)的過程,符合計(jì)劃行為理論所論述的具體行為發(fā)生過程。大學(xué)生從志愿意向的形成、強(qiáng)化到參與志愿服務(wù)的過程,體現(xiàn)為個(gè)體以自身知識(shí)、經(jīng)驗(yàn)和信念為基礎(chǔ),在自身志愿行為態(tài)度、志愿主觀規(guī)范、志愿知覺行為控制的相互作用下形成志愿意向后發(fā)生志愿行為的過程;谟(jì)劃行為理論,要進(jìn)一步從端正志愿行為態(tài)度、樹立志愿主觀規(guī)范、提高志愿知覺行為控制感等三個(gè)方面加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)。 |

Through some in-depth interviews with eight college students with volunteer experiences, it is found that the process, from the students becoming willing to volunteer to them actively participating the volunteer services, is line with the behavioral process described by the theory of planned behavior. This process of the students forming willingness to volunteer, getting the willingness reinforced and actively pursuing volunteer services, is characterized by a process in which an individual, based on his/her own knowledge, experience and ideal and through interactions among attitude-practice, subjective norm, behavior perception control towards volunteering, transforms the willingness to volunteer behaviors. Based on the theory of planned behavior, it is necessary to reinforce and improve college student volunteering service by further justifying volunteer attitude-practice, setting up volunteer subjective norm and enhancing behavior perception control. 不專業(yè),僅供參考 |
