目前地震救援的主要方式有地面救援和空中救援。地面救援是在自然災(zāi)害發(fā)生后采取的最普遍、搜救范圍最大的救援方式，可以以救護(hù)車，消防車以及一切可以使用的車輛展開救援，在災(zāi)害發(fā)生時(shí)具有靈活性高，搜救范圍廣的優(yōu)勢，相比空中救援可以出動更多的救援隊(duì)伍。地面救援包括水上救援，陸地救援和山地救援。 空中救援主要以執(zhí)行大型突發(fā)事件中的救援任務(wù)為主，直升機(jī)、地面救護(hù)車、建立有轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)急救綠色通道的醫(yī)院等在內(nèi)的無縫式救援鏈。空中救援的巨大優(yōu)勢在于發(fā)生地震等巨大自然災(zāi)害時(shí)不受時(shí)間、空間的限制，相比陸地救援不會受到受災(zāi)當(dāng)?shù)亟煌ǘ氯�、地形�?fù)雜等影響，縮短搶救轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)時(shí)間。 |

Up to now, the main ways of earthquake rescue are ground-dependent rescue and air-dependent rescue. The ground-dependent rescue which is the most popular and the largest range of search is taken after the occurrence of natural disasters, in which ambulances, fire fighting trucks, and other vehicles available all can be used, having the advantage of high flexibility and large range of research, more teams can be dispatched compared to air-dependent rescue. Ground-dependent rescue include water-dependent rescue, land-dependent rescue and mountain-dependent rescue. Air-dependent rescue is mainly used to perform large-scale emergencies rescue mission, to which a seamless rescue chain is built with the organic combination of helicopters, ground ambulance, hospitals of a transport emergency green channel, etc. The great advantage of air-dependent rescue is that no time and space constraint when the earthquake or other natural disasters occurred, less affected by the traffic congestion and terrain complexity of the disaster area compared to ground-dependent rescue, and also largely short the time of transshipment in rescue. hope that helps. |

摘要：地震救援的主要方式有地面救援和空中救援，目前地面救援是地震救援中最基本也是最常用的救援方式，但相比之下空中救援更具有不受時(shí)間、空間限制的優(yōu)勢。經(jīng)過對地震發(fā)生后救援情況的研究，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)：空中救援雖然具有不受時(shí)間和空間的限制，總的救援時(shí)間的多少將取決于地面救援隊(duì)伍到達(dá)各個(gè)受災(zāi)點(diǎn)的時(shí)間，為了使開展救援的時(shí)間降到最低，以最快的速度開展整體救援行動，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)，通過“反點(diǎn)理論”可以實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)。 引言 地震，是地球上經(jīng)常發(fā)生的一種自然現(xiàn)象。由于地殼運(yùn)動引起的地球表層的快速振動，地殼快速釋放能量過程中造成的振動，期間會產(chǎn)生地震波。地震震級是根據(jù)地震時(shí)釋放的能量的大小而定的。一次地震釋放的能量越多，地震級別越大。如近五年內(nèi)，2008年發(fā)生在中國的8.0級汶川大地震(1-2)，2010年2月發(fā)生在智力的里氏8.8級大地震(3)，都造成了巨大的人員傷亡和財(cái)產(chǎn)損失。地震是世界上最兇惡的敵人，它所造成的直接災(zāi)害有：建筑物與構(gòu)筑物的破壞，地面破壞，山體等自然物的破壞，海嘯、海底地震引起的巨大海浪沖上海岸，造成沿海地區(qū)的破壞(4-5)。地震的直接災(zāi)害發(fā)生后，會引發(fā)出次生災(zāi)害，比如水災(zāi)、火災(zāi)等。有時(shí)，次生災(zāi)害所造成的傷亡和損失，比直接災(zāi)害還大。1932年日本關(guān)東大地震，直接因地震倒塌的房屋僅1萬幢，而地震時(shí)失火卻燒毀了70萬幢。 |
