這些研究已經(jīng)對在complex system中的熱傳行為於不同的case下做了很多的討論 ?K提供了有用且適當(dāng)?shù)腶nalytical expression ?斫馕鰁xperimental data 特別是 這些研究結(jié)果顯示了effective properties不但會受 thermal properties of separate layers and temperature of operation的影響 interfacial stress也扮演了重要的角色 但是關(guān)於這一部份 前人的研究卻沒有再作進(jìn)一步的探討 懇請請各位高手幫忙 在這裡先說聲謝謝 |

In these research efforts, there have been a number of discussions of the heat transfer behaviors of complex systems under different cases. Useful and adequate analytical expressions are provided to analyse experimental data. In particular, these research results demonstrate that effective properties are not only impacted by thermal properties of separate layers and temperature of operation, but also importantly by interfacial stress.
