請(qǐng)大家?guī)蛶兔Ψg下面的論文摘要翻譯，不要機(jī)械翻譯，一定要到位地道，謝謝~ “民為邦本,食為民天”、“谷賤傷農(nóng)，谷賤傷民”，充分的糧食供需，暢通的糧食運(yùn)銷渠道與所得水平相配的穩(wěn)定糧食消費(fèi)水平，是社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。近代以來(lái)廣東成為依賴糧食進(jìn)口最嚴(yán)重的省份。早期，在自然條件、人文因素和城市化進(jìn)程等相互醞釀下，塑造出西、南線兩條貿(mào)易路線。在19世紀(jì)，隨著大量糧食被運(yùn)送至廣州，廣州成為珠三角地區(qū)的米糧集散核心區(qū)。南線與北線兩條路線成熟發(fā)展，與此相對(duì)應(yīng)的是洋米與土米的供應(yīng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。在這競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中，洋米的供應(yīng)商業(yè)鏈以其完善的成熟的采購(gòu)加工步驟，高速可靠的運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)乃至于種種人文因素而獲勝。然而這種異于尋常的米糧貿(mào)易繁榮中，也蘊(yùn)藏著不為人所注意的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。基于國(guó)內(nèi)外不穩(wěn)定的米糧供應(yīng)環(huán)境，廣州地區(qū)民眾的生存線一再受到挑戰(zhàn)。為了應(yīng)對(duì)大米供需這種兩面性，粵港商人成立了各種慈善組織，利用平糶這種銷售模式成功地賑濟(jì)了粵港地區(qū)的饑荒。長(zhǎng)期的米糧供應(yīng)短缺并沒(méi)有讓廣東經(jīng)濟(jì)陷入困境，也沒(méi)有讓社會(huì)走向崩潰。相反，廣東米糧進(jìn)口貿(mào)易在清末民初成為高利潤(rùn)高收益的生意，糧食短缺供應(yīng)與商業(yè)繁榮并存是廣州米糧市場(chǎng)的一大特征。廣州米糧供需及市場(chǎng)的榮枯，不僅是粵省地區(qū)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要課題，也是中國(guó)糧食經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要問(wèn)題。 |

我只是求助翻譯，沒(méi)有拿出來(lái)讓大家評(píng)論我的論文學(xué)術(shù)性，另外我所說(shuō)的地道只是希望應(yīng)助者別翻得太機(jī)械，希望翻譯得圓滑一點(diǎn)。其次我這個(gè)只是摘要，很多具體內(nèi)容論文會(huì)有詳細(xì)解讀，在這里問(wèn)這些問(wèn)題好像沒(méi)什么意義吧，忽略內(nèi)容不說(shuō)，我這篇帖子的實(shí)際求助是把上述中文翻譯成英文，難道就糟糕到翻譯不出來(lái)了嗎？ 我的文章是不是“四不像”，這個(gè)也不應(yīng)該是你來(lái)評(píng)論，請(qǐng)問(wèn)你是和我一個(gè)專業(yè)的嗎？你能確保自己專業(yè)性夠強(qiáng)？我的論文再怎么糟糕也有導(dǎo)師給我把關(guān)過(guò)目，謝謝關(guān)心。 |

| As old sayings go:"Thy people are the foundation of the state and people needs to be feed","Low grain price hurts the farmers and high price will hurt other people".Therefore,adequate grain supply , smooth distribution channels,and reasonable consumption levels match with income are foundations of the social and economy development. What can be seen is that Guangdong province is among the most dependent province on grain imports in modern times.Early natural conditions , human factors ，togethered with the urbanization process and their interactions formed two trade routes of the west and south .In the 19th century, with a lot of grain being transported to Guangzhou, Guangzhou became the central area of PRD rice distribution and both the South and North route are further developed and the competition between foreign rice and local rice began.In this competition, foreign rice completely won due to the perfect and mature procurement and process steps, high-speed and reliable transport network ,as well as a variety of human factors of the commercially supply chain . However, this unusual rice trade prosperity bears unnoticed risks. The unstable domestic and oversea rice supply environment is challenging the lifeline of Guangzhou people again and again . In response to this demand and supply of rice, Guangdong and Hong Kong businessmen set up a variety of charitable organizations and sell the grain stored in granaries at fair prices in famine years successfully relieved the famine of guangdong-hong kong region. The long-term shortage of grain supply did not lead to Guangdong economy trouble and society collapse. Instead, rice import trade of Guangdong in the late Qing Dynasty became highly profitable and high-yield business .Both food shortage and commercial prosperity coexist is a major feature of the rice market in Guangzhou. The ups and downs of Guangzhou rice supply and demand are not only an important social and economic issue of Guangdong Province, but also an important issue of China's grain economy. |
