斑馬魚由于具有性成熟早，全年皆可產(chǎn)卵，且產(chǎn)卵量大，發(fā)育迅速，胚胎透明和發(fā)育迅速等特點(diǎn)，已經(jīng)成為發(fā)育遺傳學(xué)家和胚胎發(fā)育學(xué)家特別感興趣的模式動(dòng)物之一。細(xì)胞機(jī)械力對細(xì)胞的生命活動(dòng)有很大的影響，比如細(xì)胞的生長、分裂、信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換以及基因的表達(dá)。研究斑馬魚卵母細(xì)胞對外部應(yīng)力的響應(yīng)以及其他力學(xué)性質(zhì)，有助于生物上對于這一模式生物的認(rèn)識(shí)，也是生物力學(xué)重要組成部分。長期以來生物學(xué)上對斑馬魚卵母細(xì)胞的應(yīng)用一直采取人工操作。比如給卵母細(xì)胞注射藥物，觀察后期細(xì)胞分裂過程中的轉(zhuǎn)錄作用。人工操作帶來了實(shí)驗(yàn)的不確定性，注射藥物的成功率取決于操作人員的注射技術(shù)掌握程度，并且需要耗費(fèi)大量操作人員的時(shí)間。 好吧略長。。。。金幣少了點(diǎn)。。。下次送您紅花 |

Zebrafish has become the most popular model organisms as zebrafish reach reproductive maturity in short time, spawns all year round and the species is quite fecund,it’s embryonic is transparent and rapid development. Cells mechanical force has a great influence on the life and activity of cells, such as cell growth , division, signal conversion and gene expression.Stduy on oocytes response to the external stress and other mechanical properties of zebrafish contribute to the understanding of the biological model organisms, and it is also an important part of biomechanics. Zebrafish oocytes has been taking manual operation for biological applications in a long time.For example ,mRNA injection to oocyte was observed in the process of transcription of cell division genes.Manual operation brought the experimental uncertainty, the success rate of injection depends on injection techniques mastery of the operator, and the need to spend a lot of time to the operator. |
