斑馬魚由于具有性成熟早，全年皆可產(chǎn)卵，且產(chǎn)卵量大，發(fā)育迅速，胚胎透明和發(fā)育迅速等特點，已經(jīng)成為發(fā)育遺傳學家和胚胎發(fā)育學家特別感興趣的模式動物之一。細胞機械力對細胞的生命活動有很大的影響，比如細胞的生長、分裂、信號轉(zhuǎn)換以及基因的表達。研究斑馬魚卵母細胞對外部應力的響應以及其他力學性質(zhì)，有助于生物上對于這一模式生物的認識，也是生物力學重要組成部分。長期以來生物學上對斑馬魚卵母細胞的應用一直采取人工操作。比如給卵母細胞注射藥物，觀察后期細胞分裂過程中的轉(zhuǎn)錄作用。人工操作帶來了實驗的不確定性，注射藥物的成功率取決于操作人員的注射技術掌握程度，并且需要耗費大量操作人員的時間。 好吧略長。。。。金幣少了點。。。下次送您紅花 |

Cells mechanical force has a great influence on the life and activity of cells, such as cell growth , division, signal conversion and gene expression.Stduy on oocytes response to the external stress and other mechanical properties of zebrafish contribute to the understanding of the biological model organisms, and it is also an important part of biomechanics.
