The regeneration flue gas was introduced in desulphurization device, and the sulfur dioxide is converted into ammonium sulfate after a serious reaction in absorption tower. The concentration of SO2 in the flue gas is reduced to below 100mg/Nm3, which is in line with the national emission standards. And the organic catalytic flue gas treatment process has big operational flexibility, and there is no other waste gas, waste water, waste residue and no secondary pollution, also the catalyst can be recycled. With this treatment method, the regeneration flue gas was introduced in desulphurization unit, and then applied with a series of reactions in absorption tower before SO2 being converted into ammonium sulfate. After treatment the concentration of SO2 in the flue gas was reduced to below 100mg/Nm3, which is in line with the national emission standard.
