本人小菜鳥一只，研究僧方向是“中藥藥代動(dòng)力學(xué)” 在《色譜B》雜志《Comparative pharmacokinetics of timosaponin B-II and timosaponin A-III after oral administration of Zhimu–Baihe herb-pair, Zhimu extract, free timosaponin B-II and free timosaponin A-III to rats》一文中看到這么一段話  是專門分析藥物進(jìn)入體內(nèi)后的藥時(shí)曲線出現(xiàn)雙峰現(xiàn)象的  有幾個(gè)學(xué)術(shù)名詞“absorption window”， “pre-systemic metabolism”， “membrane permeability”不太懂啥意思  還請(qǐng)各位大神多多指教  下面是文章中的那段話 It is of interest to note that double plasma concentration peaks of TB-II were observed after oral administration of ZME and free TBII. This phenomenon was similar to that in other reports. It is well known that drug absorption is a very complex process that manifests itself through potential interaction with a host of physicochemical and physiological variables. Some factors that may affect the absorption process include membrane permeability, pre-systemic metabolism, “absorption window” along the gastrointestinal tract, enterohepatic recirculation, variable gastric emptying and drug-drug interactions. Therefore, atypical drug absorption profiles such as double-peak and absorption window-type absorption profiles are often encountered. Further identification of enterohepatic recirculation may be required by a comparison of AUC obtained after oral administration of the compound in normal and bile duct cannulated rats. Notably, the concentration-time curve of TB-II after oral administration of ZMBHHP displayed distinct triple peaks. This phenomenon was revealed here for the first time for timosaponin. The factors mentioned above may also contribute to this result; besides another probable factor is distribution re-absorption. Since Baihe is present in ZMBHHP, the concentration of TB-II in tissue may be accordingly much higher than that in plasma. It is possible for TB-II to transfer from tissue toplasma, causing another peak in plasma. |
